Returns policy

MOST IMPORTANTLY PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM.
ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR CONSENT WILL BE CONSIDERED LOST AND GIVEN TO CHARITY

We will only accept returns on some conditions:

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us.

Printing Mishaps:

Sometimes it can happen than some printing mishaps can slip through the Quality control. In this case get in touch with us and we will sort out the matter.

Wrong Size:

We will NOT accept returns if you chose the wrong size since all the sizes are clearly enumerated in metrics and imperial for all the products . The only exception is if we sent you a size that you did not order.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Please use the contact form to notify us of any issues with your order. If you’ve, for example, added a wrong address and you need that corrected make sure to let us know ASAP as we cannot correct orders that have already been sent out.

How do I return an item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.We’ll get back to you to ask for a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, as well as your order number .

After emailing us, please await further instruction before returning the item(s).

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If your order is indeed lost by the error of the delivery service we’ll cover the costs of a replacement order.

We will need your help to confirm certain details, like the fact that the shipping address was correct.

Please make sure you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order prior to contacting us.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, please contact us . We’ll most likely ask a photo of the damaged goods from you,  then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

I did not receive what I ordered. What should I do?

If a different product/size/color got shipped to you, firstly please check your order. If you are sure this isn’t what you ordered, then please contact us so that we can clarify this with the printing factory and get you a replacement. We might ask certain information from you, as for example pictures of the packing slip and pictures of the product that arrived.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

All merchandise sales are final unless item(s) are damaged or defective. Issue must be reported within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition. Our Tees are “Print to order” therefore we cannot offer exchanges or returns for buyers remorse or size exchanges. Please make sure to check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should contact us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally, except for a few countries listed here: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. That is due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations and the list may update periodically.

How much is shipping?

Our products ship both from Europe and US, depending on which factory is closer to your location and if we have the item available in that location. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

How quickly are orders delivered?

Estimated shipping delivery times:

For Items made in the USA:

USA: 3-5 business days after fulfillment

Canada: 5-10 business days after fulfillment

World: 10-20 business days after fulfillment

For items made in Europe:

Europe: 3-8 business days after fulfillment

Americas: 7-18 business days after fulfillment

World: 10-21 business days after fulfillment

NOTE THAT MOST ITEMS CAN BE MADE BOTH IN EUROPE AND IN THE USA SO THE SHIPPING IS USUALLY QUITE SHORT

We are not responsible for any customs fees.

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 – 7 days of ordering.

Returned by the shipping carrier

If the carrier is not able to deliver the items to the provided address, they will return them to us. Most commonly it’s referred to as the ‘wrong address’. It happens if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes!

Another reason items are returned by the carrier is that they were ‘unclaimed’. If you do not collect the item at the local post or a different pickup location, it will be returned. In most cases, the shipment will be returned to our factory as it is the default return address. We will be able to reship the returned items to a correct address. However, keep in mind that you will be liable for reshipment costs once you confirm an updated address.
